at the physical location of 5646 MONTILLA DR; FORT MYERS FL 33919.

This business check was used for a waterslide rental for their son's birthday party at the above location.

The check was returned to us Non-Sufficient Funds twice.

Three phone calls were made and messages left on voice mail in attempt to recover payment.

We never received a return phone call in order to arrange payment.  So a certified letter was sent and signed by ROSSTON SMITH on January 17, 2008.

As of the day of the internet posting, payment has still not been rec'd. 

This website will be removed upon full payment of check and expenses paid in order to recover payment.
